About
Alexandra Clare is a dedicated yoga instructor with a lifelong passion for the practice. Yoga has gracefully ebbed and flowed throughout her life, consistently appearing at the moments she needs it most.
Residing in the vibrant Joshua Tree community, Alex is excited to share her journey through movement and meditation. She believes that everyone can begin exactly where they are—no fluff, no fuss—just an invitation to explore and play.
Alex first encountered yoga as a preteen but wasn’t ready to embrace its depth at that time. It wasn't until her twenties that she truly began to appreciate what yoga had to offer. After completing her 200-hour teacher training in 2013, she embarked on a journey of deepening her practice, discovering the profound connection between movement and energy.
In 2020, Alex completed her 300-hour training with Jonny Kest, bringing her total experience to over 600 hours. Her teachings are rooted in the Ashtanga lineage, complemented by the 7 Doorways of Vinyasa and the subtle stillness of Yin. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment for her community to explore and grow.
